The Uyghur Academy, Campaign for Uyghurs and Uyghur Transitional Justice Database jointly organized a conference on “Preservation of Language and Uyghur Genocide Visualized in 3D” on May 22, 2024 at the US House of Representatives. At the conference, the five-part book series “Uyghur Language and Literature Course” prepared and published by the Uyghur Academy and “Uyghur Prison Camps in Virtual Reality” prepared by the Uyghur Forensic Archive were introduced.

A panel titled “East Turkestan Republic on the 90th Anniversary of its Establishment and East Turkestan Today” will be held on November 11, in cooperation with the Turkish Hearths headquarters and the Uyghur Academy Foundation.

Organized by the Uyghur Academy and the cooperation of the Yale MacMillan Center, the Uyghur Genocide Symposium, which will be held at Yale University on October 12, started by introducing the Uyghur culture to the participants.

From July 8 to 10, 2023, an international seminar titled “Protection of Uyghur Language and Culture in the Diaspora: Amidst the Uyghur Genocide” was successfully held in Ankara, organized by the Uyghur Academy. Twenty-nine Uyghur organizations and 135 Uyghur and foreign researchers, ministers, government officials, parliamentarians, Uyghur language volunteers, and Uyghur language teachers from 14 countries participated in this conference and workshop.

Uyghur Academy and Harvard University Center for Asian Studies organized a valuable event for Uyghurs between 14-15-16 April 2023.

Right after the “Motherland” photography exhibition held at Harvard University on April 14, a conference on “Uyghurs and the preservation of Uyghur culture” was held on April 15.

A conference on the preservation of Uyghur culture was held on Friday, December 9, 2022, at the George Washington University Faculty of International Relations in Washington, the capital of the USA.
